TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This website offers services that can be provided under 2 different modalities: free tours and private guided tours.
Free Tours
In free tours, customers book a number of places for a service that starts at a certain time and at a defined meeting point. The client has no commitment to appear at the meeting point at the appointed time, but we appreciate that, if you are not going to do so, you notify in advance so that another person/s can take your place. Once the free tour has been completed, the client can, if they wish, freely give an amount -the amount of money is also free- to the guide.
It is not essential to reserve a place but, to maintain the quality of the visit, the groups have a maximum number of people, so a person without a reservation could not participate in the tour if the whole group was present. When making the reservation, the system allows reservation only for the maximum number of people that can be admitted at that time. It is not necessary to present proof of the reservation made at the meeting point.
To participate in the tour it is essential to be at the meeting place at the appointed time.
In situations of force majeure (illness or unavailability of the guide, or similar) that do not allow the tour to take place, we will contact clients as soon as possible, writing to the email provided by the client in the reservation.
Private guided tours
They are paid visits made with a guide exclusively for the group that has made the reservation. The reservation is not made automatically on this website, but we provide the means for you to tell us the visit you would like to make (route, date, number of people, time) and, based on this data, we will get in touch with you and we will confirm whether it is possible to make the visit, what services will be included and what the price would be. Payment can be made, in general, by bank transfer before the visit or, in cash, just before the start of the visit. Tickets to monuments, food and other possible additional services will be agreed between the parties prior to contracting.
The contracted private guided tours may be canceled by the client free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. In case of no-show at the meeting point during the first 30 minutes after the agreed time, the route will not be carried out and the amount will not be refunded.
If, due to force majeure, it is impossible for us to carry out the contracted private guided tour, the amount will be reimbursed to the client.
The maximum price in case of requiring the services of 1 guide for 2 hours will be 120 EUR on weekends and holidays, and 80 EUR on working days.
Other conditions
Participation in our activities is voluntary. The company reserves the right to prevent any person from participating at any time for any reason. The activities that are carried out have a level of effort that is affordable for the vast majority of people. The company assumes no responsibility for injury, damage, loss or inconvenience suffered by customers or their property.

in accordance with “Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre” which approves the consolidated text of the “Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios” and other complementary laws, or other professional bodies that offer extrajudicial resolution systems of conflicts.
